THRIVE 25 is the premier small business procurement trade show hosted by the Richland County Office of Small Business Opportunity (OSBO), in partnership with the City of Columbia's Office of Business Opportunity (OBO) . This annual event is designed to give local, small, and minority-owned businesses exposure to both public and private sector procurement opportunities.
Through dynamic networking, exhibitor showcases, and powerful conversations, THRIVE 25 creates direct pathways for small businesses to connect with buyers, procurement officers, and prime contractors who are actively seeking suppliers.
